Villa Vita Nova

Villa Vita Nova is a lovely villa in a secluded residential cul-de-sac. It is situated in the heart of Benalmadena Costa, just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina – Puerto Marina.

This is a fabulous villa and excellent value for money. The rooms are large and bright, and the villa has a variety of facilities for you to enjoy a really great holiday. You’ll find yourself just a couple of minutes walk from shops, restaurants, tourist information and bus routes, yet the villa is wonderfully private.

The villa is suitable for those with limited mobility.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are three further twin bedrooms, one with patio doors leading to its own terrace. There are two single sofa beds, one of which is for a child.

The spacious lounge opens out to a semi-circular, covered terrace, which lets in the sun in winter and provides shade in the summer. There is a huge 42” flat screen TV with satellite channels. The is newly-fitted kitchen, really lovely and fully-equipped. It has serving access to the separate dining room.

Outside, there are various patio areas that are either sunny or shady depending on which you prefer, and there are plenty of sun-loungers and patio tables and chairs. There is a roof-top terrace for the real sun-worshippers!

Pool table, table-tennis, child-friendly darts, and blackboard and easel, are all provided, and under cover, so whatever the weather, you’ll find something to do. The BBQ area is beside the pool, so you can cool off while someone else cooks! Or maybe you can challenge someone to a game of pool at the pool table or even an energetic game of table tennis – loser buys the ice-cream!

Villa Vita Nova is child friendly. There are gates either side of the pool area and also on 2 of the patios.

Central heating is available, and there is a cassette-style fireplace to curl up in front of in case of cooler, winter evenings.
