This fabulous, spacious villa is just a few minutes walk from sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina of Benalmadena. Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, yet close to shops, restaurants, bars and many attractions.

The villa is fully equipped to a high standard and has many special features. There is a private pool which can be heated if requested; games room with pool table; jacuzzi; secluded roof top solarium; BBQ; table tennis; dartboard; large comfortable living areas; and patios and terraces with either sun or shade. Portable air-con is provided in the hot summer months.

The villa is in a perfect location to enjoy the beach and bustling yacht marina, and yet secluded enough for peace and quiet when wanted. The road is purely residential and on a level walk to the supermarket, shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and bars.

The rooms are light and spacious. There are five bedroom and three bathrooms. The master suite bathroom has a large jacuzzi and a secluded roof top solarium leading from the bedroom. The other bedrooms provide a choice of sleeping arrangements, either twins, double or bunk beds.

The games room has a selection of games and, most popular, a pool table. An enjoyable way to pass the evenings with family and friends! Or, if you prefer, you can watch Satellite TV, a DVD or listen to the hi-fi in the 45sqm lounge, which has French doors opening to a 40ft terrace overlooking the Roman style swimming pool.

The terrace overlooking the pool has a gate that can be closed so the kids can´t wander to the pool, and the BBQ terrace, where there is the table tennis, has gates either side.

The gardens around the pool have plenty space for sun loungers and the courtyard is the perfect place to barbecue your evening meal or enjoy a game of table tennis!

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, etc..

Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are all within easy walking distance. Local markets are interesting and there is a cable car to take you into the mountains! The local attractions are shown in more detail – check out the ‘attractions’ page in the website!

Villa Vita Nova is a lovely villa in a secluded residential cul-de-sac. It is situated in the heart of Benalmadena Costa, just minutes walk from the sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina.

All the amenities are just minutes walk away - shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, and tourist attractions.

The rooms in the villa are large, bright and spacious. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa will sleep 9. The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are three other twin bedrooms, one with its own terrace. There is a jacuzzi in the main bathroom. The lounge is 24’ x 15’ and opens on to a semi-circular terrace. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. Satellite TV is provided and you will also find a DVD player and HiFi. There is a portable air conditioning unit for use the summer period.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, etc..

Outside there are various patio areas that are either sunny or shady depending on which you prefer. There is a roof top terrace for the real sun-worshippers! The BBQ area is beside the pool, so you can cool off while someone cooks up a BBQ! Or maybe you can challenge someone to a game of pool at the pool table or even an energetic game of table tennis – loser has to cook!

The pool is solar heated and there are gates either side of the pool that can be closed so the kids can´t wander. Two of the other terraces also have railings and gates.

This house is a dream! Casa Campomar is exactly what it suggests – a perfect mixture of the country and the sea. Here you can enjoy total peace and quiet, breathtaking views and still only be 1km from the beach. This is ‘real Spain’ on the Costa del Sol!

Casa Campomar is a villa of 3 units and will sleep 14.  There is a ground floor casita and 2 first floor apartments.   In the high season the whole villa is available and in the low season each unit may be rented individually.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and is perfect for larger family groups - be together but still have your privacy!

The 'casita' has three bedrooms; a double and 2 twins, and will sleep up to 6 comfortably. 

Each apartment has one twin bedroom, a lounge with double sofa bed and American style kitchen.  Each will sleep up to 4 people.

Each unit has a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, washing machine, etc.. The casita has a separate oven and the apartments have a combined microwave/oven/grill. The lounges all have TV's and DVD players. 

There are private terraces for each property with fantastic uninterrupted sea views.   There are also large communal areas for group BBQ's etc!  It is easy to see the Fuengirola Marina and the lights at night-time are spectacular.

On site there is a large brick built BBQ and plenty of space just to 'chill', enjoying either sun or shade.  The swimming pool is really lovely, there is lots of space and it is nice and sunny.  There is also a pool table!

The sandy beach has sunbeds and umbrellas and is less busy than others along the coast.  The local beach café has good value food, and a wider variety of local facilities are within easy reach - either at Benalmadena or Fuengirola. 

This property is by no means isolated and there are neighbours - but not too close!  Your nearest neighbours will be a couple of horses!

If you want to 'get away from it all', but not too much - this is the place for you!

Apartamentos Monaco is a white washed, red roofed, two-story apartment building. It is situated in a small road that leads down to the large sandy beach next to the bustling yacht Marina of Benalmadena Costa which is just a few minutes walk away. If you like to stroll in the daytime or evenings, this is a great place to be. There is always something to see either on the promenade or in the Marina!

The beach is at the end of the road, just 50 yards away!

The apartments all vary in size and layout, and can happily accommodate the single traveller or larger groups. They all face south and so are sunny all or part of the day and are either on the ground or first floor.

We have 6 apartments, next-door to each other and so ideal for large family groups.
