This is a fabulous villa, totally refurbished during 2011, and is now a luxury villa in an ideal location.

The villa retains its traditional, Andalucian character, but has been modernised to provide the best of both worlds. There is something for all tastes!

The garden is south-facing, with beautiful mature palms and grass area. There is a terraced pool area with a brick-built BBQ and plenty of space for dining al fresco. For the more energetic, there is a table-tennis table, otherwise, enjoy a dip in the swimming-pool, which can be heated if requested. Around the pool is plenty of space for catching a few rays on the sun-loungers, or you can sneak away to one of the three roof-top terraces for a few minutes’ relaxation…

All of the roof terraces have a sea views, and the sandy beach is 2-3 minutes’ walk, as is Puerto Marina.

The villa has a master suite on the first floor with its own shower room with rain shower, and a separate w/c. The master suite also has its own lounge, with TV, DVD and stereo, plus two roof terraces, one overlooking the garden and pool.

On the ground floor there are four further bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities. The main bedroom downstairs has a double-bed and a patio door leading out to the terrace by the pool so you can enjoy an early swim, or breakfast in the morning sunshine. There are three full bathrooms on this floor, one with a Jacuzzi, as well as a further w/c. So, in all, there are four shower/bath-rooms, and two separate w/cs.

There is a large lounge with LED satellite TV, a separate dining area, fully-equipped modern kitchen, and a games room with pool table. There is a double sofa-bed in the games room.

The villa has been designed for those with mobility difficulties and has wide doorways for wheelchairs, an entrance for mobility scooters, and a ramp for front door access. One of the bedrooms has been designed to provide extra space for movability and has an en-suite bathroom with floor level non-slip shower.

The villa is child-friendly - there is a lockable, gated fence between the pool and the lawn area. The outdoor access to one of the roof-top terraces also has a lockable gate.
