Things to do on your Spanish holiday

All of the villas are ideally situated for easy access to the many tourist attractions on the Costa del Sol. In each property you will find a book with more information. Here is a glimpse of some the activities you will find.

Puerto Marina

Enjoy a stroll in this beautiful marina, one of the best in the world. There a large variety of excellent bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a meal and take in the views.

The Beaches

The Costa del Sol has lovely sandy beaches with plenty of sun-beds and umbrellas to hire. You can play volleyball, take out a pedalo, go for a boat ride, or just be lazy and enjoy an ice-cream!

Nagomi Spa

Special occasion? Why not spoil yourself?  Enjoy a day of relaxation in the spa pool or book a treatment. The views are wonderful, there is a sunny terrace and a very pleasant cafe.

Selwo Marina

A special treat for children of all ages and excellent family fun! Spend a day watching dolphin shows, sea lions, penguins, exotic birds and more!

Tivoli

You’ll find a lot of good reasons to visit the fun park Tivoli World, with exciting rides and a lot of varied shows and events - a world of magic that the whole family will enjoy.

Ice Rink

A great way to asume kids of all ages! The ice rink is great - nice to cool off in the summer! There is also a large heated swimming pool.

Sealife

Situated right in Puerto Marina at Benalmadena! Here you can visit sharks, rays, seahorses and more - check for the daily feeding times at the Centre.

Crocodile Park

This park boasts over 300 crocs, including the largest in Europe. Why not visit it during your vacation on the Costa del Sol.

Aqua Parks

There are two large aqua parks on the Costa del Sol - one in Fuengirola and one in Torremolinos. Both aqua parks have children’s pools and slides and are great days out for the whole family!

Parque Paloma

Parque de la Paloma has extensive gardens, two children’s playgrounds, a little zoo, and lots of cafes! It’s a great place to take a stroll!

Fuengirola Zoo

What Bioparc Fuengirola represents is a different concept of zoo. A zoological park where animals live side-by-side, recreating their natural habitat and so fostering their development at all levels.

Cable Car Ride

Take a ride 724 metres up the mountain for fantastic views over Benalmadena and the coast. At the top is a Bird of Prey Reserve. If you are feeling energetic you can walk down, but take water with you!

The Alhambra

On a hill overlooking Granada, the Alhambra is a fine example of Moorish architecture and well worth a day trip. For more information and advance booking visit their website.

Picasso Museum

Whether you are staying in Artemarina or not, a visit to the Picasso Museum is a treat for all art lovers.  Take time to enjoy Malaga – be sure to visit the Cathedral and Gibralfaro

Local Towns

The local towns of Ronda and Mijas are both worth a visit.  They are typical Andalucian towns with a lot of history, great views and some excellent places to eat.

Pompidou Museum

Be sure to visit ‘Malaga Port’ and take time to visit the new Pomipdou Museum. Whilst in the Port area you can also stroll through the Botanical Gardens which run alongside.

Calle Larios

Whilst in Malaga take time to stroll down Calle Larios, do some serious shopping and explore the cobbled streets. Sample ‘Malaga Vino Dulce’ and tapas in El Pimpi. Calle Larrios is especially special at Christmas, Easter, Cinema Week, and during The Feria.

Russian Museum

The Russian Museum is now located in the old tobacco factory and worth a visit to see the building alone, quite apart from the wonderful Byzantine works of art!
