A huge advantage of this villa is its fantastic location. It is within walking distance of sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina of Benalmadena Costa - Puerto Marina. It is situated in a lovely peaceful, residential cul-de-sac, just a short easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars and many attractions - there is no need to hire a car!
It is great for family groups or golfers.
The villa is fully equipped to a very high standard and has many special features. There is a large, private swimming-pool that can be heated if requested; there is a games room with pool table; a jacuzzi; a secluded roof top solarium; BBQ; table tennis; dartboard.
It is large and very comfortable, with well-distributed bedrooms so that even large groups have privacy. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite is on the first floor for extra privacy. It has a secluded roof-top terrace, and a choice of bed arrangements - either twins or a superking with 5* luxury bed topper. The adjoining bathroom has a large jacuzzi and separate shower. The other bedrooms consist of a family room, a twin, a double and a bunk. There are also either single or double sofa-beds. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The garden is fully-enclosed and secure, with off-road, covered parking. There is plenty of space around the pool for sun loungers, and the lawn area is great for children. There is a large BBQ courtyard with a covered eating area - the perfect place to barbecue at any time!
